Cant do any ninja move!

I cant do my ice move, every time i start dancing it just makes my penguin dance even though i have the full ice water and fire suits, also can NONmembers atleast be able to buy atleast half of the things in the store because right now EVERYTHING in CLUB PENGUIN needs member!!!! You cant even use the things u get from member after your member runs out!!! Stupid!!! Would rate atleast 4 stars if you change all of this nonsense up!!!
